PRIVACY
Your store. Your customers.
A clear use of data.

Who operates Replenva
Replenva is operated by Pixelaris S.L., CIF B21739354, Carrer Penyagolosa, Nº8, Pl5, PrtaD, 12540 Vila-real, Castellón, Spain. For privacy requests, email info@pixelarisgroup.com.
Information used by the app
Replenva uses the store domain, authorized Shopify sessions, product and collection information, replenishment rules, brand settings and email templates. To operate subscriptions and reminders, it uses relevant order and subscription identifiers, product purchase information, customer identifiers and names, email addresses and email marketing consent.
Payment information is handled by Shopify and its payment providers. Replenva does not collect or store full payment card numbers or security codes. Shopify authorizations allow the app to manage its own subscription contracts and request recurring billing through Shopify.
Why information is processed
We process information to provide the merchant’s subscription service, calculate replenishment dates, send configured reminders, handle cancellation and marketing opt-out requests, prevent duplicate actions and support the merchant. The merchant determines its relationship with its customers and is responsible for its store policies and marketing permissions. We process customer information to provide the app on the merchant’s behalf.
Email delivery and service providers
Managed delivery uses Resend on behalf of Pixelaris. Merchants may instead connect their own Resend or Klaviyo account. The selected provider receives the recipient and content or event information necessary for delivery. Shopify provides the commerce platform. Vercel hosts the app and Neon provides its PostgreSQL database, with the app region and database configured in Frankfurt. Provider credentials supplied to Replenva are encrypted before storage.
We do not sell customer information or use it to advertise unrelated products. Access to operational information is limited to providing and supporting the service. Service providers may process information outside the merchant’s country; their applicable data protection terms also govern that processing.
Consent and customer controls
Replenishment marketing requires the customer’s current email marketing consent. Reminder emails include an unsubscribe mechanism. Suppression records prevent further reminders after opting out. The subscription portal provides a separate way to manage or cancel recurring purchases.
Retention and deletion
App settings, subscription records and reminder information are kept while needed to operate the installed service. Scheduled maintenance removes old webhook processing and job execution records after 30 days and removes expired portal access tokens. Uninstalling stops app processing and removes stored provider credentials and Shopify sessions. When Shopify sends a shop deletion request, app records for that store are deleted. Customer deletion requests remove or redact the customer information handled by the app.
Access, correction and other requests
Customers should contact the store that collected their information for requests relating to orders, subscriptions or marketing consent. Merchants may contact Pixelaris for assistance with data held by Replenva. Shopify customer data requests are recorded for support to handle. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your information, and to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the app’s data practices change. The date above identifies the current policy.
